Chicago Homes Sales Down Close To 20% in June 2007.

Chicago Buyers Market Chicago home sales fell 19.8% from the same time period last year according to a report released this week. In Illinois the median home price in June was $215,000, up 1.1% from June 2006. The data is generated from a survey of the MLS and includes existing as well as new properties. Nationwide the existing home sales are at their slowest pace in 4.5 years.
